Position Details | College Tour Coach (Seasonal)
Job Description
We are looking to hire current collegiate coaches to be Tour Coaches for our 2025 College Sports Tours. Our Tour Coaches guide our teams through the international sport component of the experience.
Beyond Sports College Coaches are people-oriented, share a passion for fostering community through sports, and have a love for travel!
Our tour coaches are not required to recruit athletes for these tours. Our team will fill the rosters. You are, however, welcome to invite any athletes in your network who you think would enjoy the experience!

Qualifications
-
Ability to commit to your sport’s outlined tour dates listed above
-
Current head or assistant college coach in one of the sports listed above

Outstanding interpersonal communication skills and cross-cultural awareness
-
International travel experience
General Responsibilities
Before the Tour:
-
Attend our tour coach training session prior to the trip
During the Tour:
-
Plan and coach 1-2 practice sessions
-
Coach all exhibition competitions and give specific feedback to student-athletes where appropriate

Assist with the supervision of group activities
-
Develop meaningful connections with tour participants

Help foster an empowering, positive, and inclusive environment

Compensation
