Tour Coaches

We believe that exceptional coaching is at the heart of every transformative sports experience.

Who are the Tour Coaches?

All sports tours are led by current collegiate coaches. Our Tour Coaches are chosen from a competitive pool of candidates across all collegiate divisions. We seek coaches who excel in skills coaching, are strong relationship builders, and will serve as exceptional mentors for our athletes.

Our coaches are a mix of veterans and rising stars. Each coach brings a strong background of success, whether as a high-achieving athlete, coach, or both.

What are the Tour Coaches involved in?

Coaches lead the sports training sessions, they coach the games, and they facilitate leadership development workshops. When not leading an activity, they are participating in the cultural immersion and transformative moments alongside their athletes.

With small tour sizes, athletes benefit from individualized attention, ensuring they receive tailored coaching and mentorship throughout the trip.

When are the Tour Coaches announced?

Each spring, we announce our elite lineup of Tour Coaches who will lead our teams on their international sports adventures.
