*Airport transfers are included and arranged for students who arrive and depart on the designated days. If students wish to extend their stay on either end of the trip, they are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the hotel.

Eligibility
This is an invitation-only tour. We are looking for the top athletes in collegiate men's volleyball. If you would like to be considered for an invitation, please complete our Tour Application.
Capacity
This tour is capped at 20 student-athletes and will have two playing rosters. Roster spots are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Accommodations
All overnight stays are in 3- to 4-star accommodations. Participants will share a room with 1-2 other travelers, however, every participant will have their own bed.
Payment
A $250 deposit is required to reserve your spot. Additional payments will be paid in a series of installments:

Tour Itinerary
June 22 - Travel Day
Travel day! Because of time zone differences, if you are traveling from the US, you will need to depart on June 22nd to arrive to Greece on June 23rd.
June 23 - Athens
Welcome to Athens! Connect with Beyond Sports staff at the Athens (ATH) airport and transfer to the hotel. Attend trip orientation and team practice before enjoying a welcome dinner with your new teammates.
June 24 - Athens
Begin the day with a guided tour of Athens, featuring the world-renowned Acropolis. Spend the afternoon exploring Monastiraki and Plaka at your own pace before Game #1 in the evening.
June 25 - Athens
Venture beyond the city on a day trip to a nearby island. Soak up the sun on the beach, stroll through charming streets, and enjoy a glimpse of island life before returning to Athens in the evening.
June 26 - Athens
Start the morning with a bike tour of Athens, followed by a visit to the Olympic Museum. Compete in Game #2 in the evening.
June 27 - Nafplio
Travel to Nafplio with a scenic stop along the way. Spend the afternoon exploring the city, discovering local beaches, and immersing yourself in the relaxed coastal atmosphere. In the evening, join together for a group dinner.
June 28 - Nafplio
Experience Nafplio’s charm during a guided walking tour and visit the historic Palamidi Castle. Have some free time before Game #3 in the evening.
June 29 - Nafplio
Relax and unwind with a full day at Tolo Beach Village. Rent a sun bed, browse local shops, or simply enjoy the seaside with your teammates.
June 30 - Athens
Return to Athens with a stop at the Corinth Canal. Spend the afternoon picking up last-minute souvenirs before the evening farewell dinner together.
July 1 - Departure Day
Travel day! Depart from the Athens (ATH) airport with friendships and memories to last a lifetime!
The final itinerary may change slightly based on the confirmed game schedule.

Who can join the tour as a fan?
Family members, friends, and supporters of our college-level athletes are welcome to join as fans! If you want to share in the experience, cheer from the sidelines, and travel with the team, you can register to experience every part of the journey alongside your athlete.
What are the fans included in?
As a registered fan, you’ll participate in all aspects of the tour alongside your athlete. This includes attending games, joining group activities, exploring the local culture, and enjoying free time together. By joining us, you’ll share the full experience, from team gatherings to cultural excursions.
What are the benefits of registering as a fan, as opposed to planning my own travel?
Registering as a fan takes the hassle out of travel. As a registered fan, all logistics are covered, including transportation, accommodations, and planned excursions. You won’t have to worry about separate bookings or missing out on team activities. Plus, you’ll have the chance to meet and connect with other fans who share your passion, creating a fun, supportive community along the way!

Accept Your Invitation
If you received an invitation from your coach, you can accept your invite and begin registration. If you did not receive an invite, but are interested in joining the tour, please complete our tour application.

Register & Deposit
When you are ready to commit to the tour, submit your $250 deposit to reserve your spot. The full cost of the tour is not due immediately. Payment deadlines are outlined above and in registration.

Begin Travel Prep
Once deposited, your tour coordinator will connect with you to share pre-departure information. We encourage all students who do not have a valid passport to apply for a passport as soon as possible!

How was I selected for this tour?
Tour invite lists are a competitive selection process. We select conference statistical leaders, all-conference honorees, and coach recommendations.
Who will be my tour coach?
Beyond Sports is proud of our incredible network of college coaches that join our international trips as tour coaches! All tour coaches are current college coaches. We announce our tour coaches in the Spring.
How will I travel to Greece?
Tour participants are responsible for arranging their own air travel to and from Greece. If you’re interested in coordinating your travel plans with other tour students, please contact our staff to be connected with your tour teammates.
What do the international travel days look like?
Arrival Day - Tour participants should aim to arrive at the Athens (ATH) airport by the afternoon of June 23rd. Our tour staff will greet you upon arrival and help transfer you to the hotel. We encourage you to plan accordingly so you arrive on time and can attend your team practice and orientation.
Departure Day - Students will be transferred to the Athens (ATH) airport on the morning of July 1st.
Note: More specific flight booking information will be shared with you after you complete registration.
Can a family member or teammate travel with me?
