Process
Step 1: Complete our Tour Application
In order to receive an invitation to one of our tours, all interested athletes must complete our Tour Application. This is a free application that takes about 10 minutes to complete.
Step 2: Submit your Coach Recommendation Form
Once we receive your Application, one of our team members will follow-up with our Coach Recommendation Form. The Coach Recommendation Form is a required component of the Tour Application process.
Once we receive a complete Tour Application and the Coach Recommendation form, our team will review your application within seven business days.
Step 3: Receive an Invitation
If selected for a program, you'll receive an email invitation from our team. Prior to registration, you'll have the opportunity to speak with a Tour Coordinator to review any questions.
Step 4: Register & Deposit
Your invitation email will have all the details you need to submit your $250 deposit and reserve your spot for the program.

Is there an application fee?
No, the Tour Application is free to submit.
How do I know if I was invited?
All invited students are notified via email. If you think you were invited but haven't seen an email yet, please check your spam folder or email one of our Tour Coordinators:
