With over 13 years of experience designing and operating international team trips––also known as foreign tours––we are among the most experienced and trusted in the industry. If you're interested in organizing a team trip, you'll be paired with one of our team trip coordinators to provide a personal and simple planning experience. Because of our local staff around the world, we offer team trip experiences that are less expensive and more personal than our competitors. We work with collegiate, high school, and club-level sports teams.

CUSTOMIZABLE TOURS
Trip length is customized based on what you are looking for. We offer a variety of hotel packages ranging from 4- to 5-star accommodations.
WORTHWHILE COMPETITION
We will match the competition-level to meet the needs of your program. Itineraries typically include 3 to 5 exhibition competitions.
IMMERSIVE ADVENTURE
Excursions vary widely by country. Example excursions include zip-lining, boat tours, surf lessons, museums visits, hiking, and cultural workshops.
SERVICE-LEARNING
Giving back to the communities to which we travel is a high priority for us. When possible, we incorporate service-learning into program itineraries.

Introduction Call

A tour coordinator connects with you over a quick phone call to ask you a series of questions about your ideal team trip.
Once we have all the details we need––i.e. destination, budget, timeframe, etc.––we will begin working on a proposal!
Proposal Review

Using the details you shared during your introduction call, we will send you a team trip proposal within two to three business days.
You'll have chance to review the proposal(s) and let us know if there are any adjustments you'd like made.
Finalize Itinerary & Sign Contract

We will work together to finalize your perfect itinerary. We will request flights (typically available 9-10 months from the trip) through our group travel agent
When you're ready to lock in your team trip, we will send you a contract to review and sign.
Pre-Departure Preparation

We want this experience to be as easy for you as possible! Our team will continue to work with you through pre-departure.
We will walk through the final itinerary including a packing list, travel details, competitions times and dates, etc.

What sports do you offer?
We can plan tours for teams from all sport backgrounds.
What is the price range of a tour?
Tour prices vary significantly based on destination and desired accommodations. We offer packages that range from 3- to 5-star hotel accommodations. Our Costa Rica tours start as low as $1995 per traveler (including airfare) and our Australia tours start as low as $3995 per traveler (including airfare). All other destinations fall between that range.
Do you arrange group airfare?
Yes, we are glad to arrange your flights! We partner with a group flight travel agency to arrange any desired group travel.
What is typically included in a Beyond Sports Team Trip Package?
A typical package includes:

When is the best time to plan a team trip?
It is never too early to start planning! We work with some teams who plan two years in advance. Typically, however, most teams beginning planning about one year in advance.
