BOYS SPORTS LEADERSHIP ACADEMY
Costa Rica | Summer 2027
FOR THE NEXT GENERATION OF LEADERS IN BOYS SPORTS
A Summer that Builds More Than Athletes
The Boys Sports Leadership Academy (BSLA) is a 10-day summer experience designed to help high school athletes become stronger leaders, better teammates, and more confident individuals.
Great athletes don't just show up when it's game time. They know how to push through challenges, hold themselves accountable, earn the respect of their teammates, and lead by example. These are the qualities that separate good athletes from great leaders.
At BSLA, you'll join a community of driven high school athletes from different sports and backgrounds. Together, you'll challenge yourself, learn from inspiring mentors, give back to local communities, and build the skills that make a difference both on and off the field.
Whether you're working toward becoming a team captain, preparing for college athletics, or figuring out what comes next, BSLA will challenge you to raise your standards, recognize your potential, and take ownership of the leader you want to become.
For high school boys sport athletes––graduating classes of 2027 to 2030.
