1. Click the Registration Link for your Tour Below - You will be redirected to a WeTravel registration page that is specific to your tour. WeTravel is our registration platform partner.
2. Complete Registration - A $250 deposit is required to hold your spot for a tour. Use the promo code EARLYBIRD through January 31st to receive our $200 Early Bird Registration Discount.
3. Hear from Us - We will email you within one business day to confirm we received our deposit. We will also share details regarding pre-departure prep and travel planning.

Is the deposit refundable?
The $250 deposit is non-refundable.
Is the full program total due at registration?
No, the program total is split into three installments. Specific payment deadlines are outlined in registration.

What's the refund policy?
The majority of program expenses are incurred by Beyond Sports on behalf of the Participant well in advance of the actual program travel dates.
For that reason, all payments are non-refundable once the corresponding payment deadline passes, regardless of the reason for cancellation or withdrawal. If the Participant initiates cancellation or withdrawal from the program greater than 2 Months from the program start date, Beyond Sports will offer a full credit of all payments towards a future program. If Participant initiates cancellation or withdrawal from the program less than 2 Months from the program start date, Beyond Sports will use its reasonable efforts to secure a partial credit towards a future program. The specific credit amount will depend on the date of cancellation and will be determined at the sole discretion of Beyond Sports.
When do I need to book my flight?
Once you register and deposit, one of our tour coordinators will be in touch to share flight booking details for your specific tour.
Can a teammate join me?
Any of your teammates who did not receive an invitation are welcome to complete our Tour Application. We look for students who are standout performers on the field of play, as well as student-athletes who possess qualities such as leadership, sportsmanship, and a strong work ethic.
