High School Tour Eligibility

Requirements:

  • High School Student-Athlete (school or club-affiliated)
     

  • Graduating classes of 2024-2026 (minimum age of 15 years old at the time of the tour)
     

  • Admitted via Application or Invitation Process

Application: Our tour application is open to all high school female athletes within the United States and Canada who meet the eligibility requirements.

Invitation Acceptance Form: All individuals who are nominated by their club or high school coach will receive a tour invite and invitation instructions via email.

Eligibilty

Application Process

1.

Apply

We are looking for student-athletes who will represent Beyond Sports well as a performer and/or leader on the field of play. Applications are reviewed within 7 days.

2.

Register

Once admitted, a tour coordinator will connect with you to answer your questions and share registration instructions. A $250 deposit is required to reserve your spot on the tour.

3.

Travel Prep

Once deposited, your tour coordinator will share pre-departure information. We encourage all students who do not have a valid passport to apply for a passport as soon a possible.

Invitation Process

1.

Accept Invite

We reach out to high school and club coaches in search of standout performers and leaders. Invited students are guaranteed admission. 

2.

Register

When you are ready to commit to the tour, submit your $250 deposit to reserve your spot. The full cost of the tour is not due immediately. Payment deadlines are outlined in registration.

3.

Travel Prep

Once deposited, your tour coordinator will share pre-departure information. We encourage all students who do not have a valid passport to apply for a passport as soon as possible!

Enrollment FAQs

How many spots are there per tour?
We will enroll 24 students per tour.  Depending on tour size, we will split the group up into smaller rosters to provide meaningful coaching and playing time.

How do I know if I was invited?
All invited students are notified via email. If you think you were invited but haven't seen an email yet, please check your spam folder.

When is the registration deadline?
All interested students must be registered by May 15th, 2024.

Is there an application fee?
No, the open application is free to submit.

Can my family travel with me?
Your family is welcome to travel with you, however, all accompanying family members are required to arrange their own in-country accommodations. Please inquire for more details.
