Registration takes approximately 10 minutes. A $250 deposit is required to reserve your roster spot for your tour. Any accompanying fans will register via the same registration link.

3. Travel Prep
If you do not have a passport already, please begin that process as soon as possible. You can learn more about that process HERE.
Once you register for your tour, one of our tour coordinators will be in touch to share flight booking details and travel visa application processes (if applicable). We will also send you access to your travel portal at this time. This portal houses all the pre-departure information you'll need to get ready for the tour––i.e. packing list, country-specific details, important forms, etc.

Is the deposit refundable?
The $250 deposit is non-refundable.
Is the full program total due at registration?
No, the program total is split into three installments. Specific payment deadlines and amounts are outlined in registration.

Partial payments can also be made at your convenience prior to the above deadlines.
What's the refund policy?
The majority of program expenses are incurred by Beyond Sports on behalf of the participant well in advance of the actual program travel dates. For that reason, all payments are non-refundable once the corresponding payment deadline passes, regardless of the reason for cancellation or withdrawal.
If you choose to cancel more than 2 months before the start date, Beyond Sports will issue a full credit for all payments made, to be applied to a future 2026 program. If cancellation or withdrawal occurs less than 2 months before the start date, Beyond Sports will make reasonable efforts to provide a partial credit toward a future 2026 program. The amount of the credit will depend on the timing of your cancellation and will be determined at Beyond Sports' sole discretion.
